Spain 5 - Armenia 0

Spain's under 21 side got their European campaign back on track with a five goal victory over Armenia in Zamora. Arteta and Portillo both scored from the penalty spot before the break, and Portillo got his second of the night from Arriaga's cross a quarter of an hour in to the second half. The East Europeans then contributed themselves to the scoreline, Petrosyan and Aleksyan both heading past their own keeper for the final 5-0 result. Spain move up to second in group six, but are still three points behind Greece who beat Northern Ireland 2-6 in the other group match tonight. (01.04.03)
