Under 17 World Cup

Spain 3 - Sierra Leone 3

A last second goal from Villarreal's Xisco Nadal saved a draw for Spain's youngsters after they had thrown away a two goal lead. Juan Santiesteban's side seemed to be on their way to a comfortable victory when David Rodríguez scored a first and then set up a second for Sisi with only a quarter of an hour on the clock. But soon afterwards Spain were left with ten men after Arzo picked up a rigorous second yellow card, and by half time the Africans had draw level with two goals from Barlay. The forward completed his hat-trick in the second half to give Sierra Leone the lead, but substitute Xisco got on the end of a corner from his team mate Cases to save a point. (14.08.03)
