Spain's new crop of youngsters got off to a good start, drawing this friendly international against a France side containing many of the players who had won the World Youth Finals a couple of years ago. Iñaki Sáez returned to his old job in charge of the under 21 squad, and included Arsenal's 17 year old midfielder Cesc in the team. And although they fell behind to a Matthieu goal in the second half, Sevilla's Jesús Navas equalised near the end. (17.08.04)
