Spain 1 - Scotland 1

Spain's last warm up game before their opening World Cup qualifier came to a frustrating end when the match had to be abandoned prematurely. Aragonés put out an experimental line up, but they were unable to break down a solid and at times over-physical Scotland defence and found themselves behind midway through the first half when Baraja headed McFadden's inswinging free kick past his own keeper. Half time substitute Raúl levelled the match from the penalty spot around the hour mark after Reyes was fouled, but only three minutes later a floodlight failure and a heavy rainstorm put an end to proceedings.
