Transfer rumours

The winter transfer market opened, not so much with a bang as with a whimper on 3rd January, first division clubs only registering six new faces in the first week. The pace is expected to quicken though in the next few days now that the holiday period has ended, with teams such as Barcelona and Real Madrid expected to announce new signings in the near future.
