| The Spanish
league's third category, known as the second division B, is divided into four
regional groups of 20 teams as set out below. The top four sides in each group
will play-off against each other on a cross-regional basis for promotion to the
second division A. Last season the mini-league format was replaced by a
straight knock-out phase, with teams playing a two leg semi-final and a two leg
final to decide who will go up. The fixtures will be as follows, subject to any
changes for teams relegated for non-payment of wages, which will be decided at
