Spain won their second game
in their qualifying group, beating Sweden 3-1 to top the table. The youngsters
fell behind when Johansson headed past Yelco, and the keeper had to make a
couple of important saves before Fran Merida picked up a pass from David to
equalise five minutes before the break. Spain scored twice in the first five
minutes of the second half though, Pichu heading home Jordi's corner and Isma
beating Soderberg with an angled shot to leave their side needing a draw in
their last game against Poland to qualify. |
