Spain's under 17 side beat Ukraine 3-1 in their second group match to virtually qualify for the semi-finals. Isma and Falqué both brought good saves out of Bazilevych before Camacho headed the youngsters into the lead from Ximo's free kick on the half hour mark.

Shevchuk shot wide and De Egea saved from Korishko as the East Europeans tried to get back in the game, but Bojan Krkic tested Bazilevych again, and midway through the second half Falqué got on the end of Isma's cross to make it two.

Substitute Dani Aquino put the game beyond Ukraine's reach after Fran Mérdia set him up, and Shevchuk's added a consolation goal for Spain's opponents in injury time.

France's victory over Germany opens up the possibility of a three way tie, but Juan Santiesteban's side only need a draw in the last game against Germany on Monday to be sure of topping the group.
