Qualifying round, 2006/7 European Tournament

Spain named their squad for the under 19 European qualifying tournament (Elite round), which will take place in Norway at the end of this month. (17.05.07)

Goalkeepers: Felipe Ramos (Real Madrid), Sergio Asenjo (Valladolid);
Defenders: San José (Athletic Bilbao), Cantero, Oscar Reyes (Espanyol), Iván Alejandro (Las Palmas), Víctor (Sevilla), Montoro (Valencia);
Midfielders: Jeffren (Barcelona), Sunny (Poli Ejido), Adrian González (Real Madrid), Mikel Balenciaga (Real Sociedad), Diego Capel (Sevilla), Modrego (Valladolid);
Forwards: Adrián López (Deportivo), Bueno and Mata (Real Madrid), Aarón Ñiguez (Valencia).

PS. Zamora (Espanyol) and Azpilicueta (Osasuna) were both called up to replace San José and Jeffren, who had pulled out of the squad.
