Spain are in to the under 17 World Cup final after beating Ghana 2-1 in extra time. Juan Santiesteban's side struggled early on against a physically strong opponent, with Adams shooting in to the side netting and De Gea tipping an Osei header over the bar. Spain could have scored themselves though when Adu cleared a couple of efforts off the line with the keeper beaten. S

pain took the lead midway through the second half when Dani Aquino controlled Iago's cross to beat Joseph Addo, but soon afterwards Adams ran on to a through ball to level the scores.

With only four minutes to go to the end of extra time Bojan got on the end of Fran Mérida's wide free kick to turn a shot through a crowded goalmouth and in to the net, but the Barcelona striker's joy turned to tears when he was shown a second yellow card in the last minute, meaning he will miss the final. Spain's rivals will be either Germany or Nigeria.
