Goals:
0-1. 54. Lafita. Controlled Sergio's long pass and cut in past defender to score.
0-2. 57. Riki. Turned ball past Alon after Valerón & Lafita combined to set him up.
1-2. 60. Ghanayim. Shot from outside area which Lopo deflected past own keeper.

Deportivo are close to a place in the UEFA Cup qualifying round after a 1-2 victory against Bnei Sakhnin in their Intertoto Cup final. Neither side created too many chances in the first half, but Alon did well to push a close range shot from Lafita on to the bar early in the second half. A few minutes later though Lafita made up for his miss, collecting Sergio's long ball before cutting in to beat the keeper with an angled shot.

Just three minutes later an excellent Valerón found Lafita for him to set up Riki for a second, but soon afterwards Ghanayim got one back with a long shot which Lopo deflect past Fabricio in to his own net. Lafita brought a spectacular one-handed save from Alon later on, but there were some nervous moments for the away fans before the final whistle. A good win for Depor though given the early stage of the pre-season, and they should wrap things up in the Riazor in a week's time.
