Spanish national squads

Barcelona's Piqué and Busquets have been called up to Spain's squad for the first time, and will be facing England in next week's friendly match in Sevilla. Coach Vicente Del Bosque also recalls Iniesta and David Silva after injury, leaving out Silva's team mate Mata and the injured Cesc.

Mata drops to the under 21 side for their friendly with Norway on Tuesday, one of twelve changes as López Caro continues to experiment ahead of this summer's finals in Sweden. (05.02.09)
