Latest transfers

As expected, there was more movement in the last few days before the transfer window closed on Monday night, but still the activity was well below previous seasons. In the first division there were only 21 new signings, and seven of those were by Zaragoza, who closed a last minute deal to bring ex Barcelona and Villarreal midfielder Edmilson back to Spain. Xerez were also active in the last few days, new coach Gorosito signing Alustiza and Vigneri, two attacking players from South America. (05.02.10)
