Who owns spanish football clubs?
All but the biggest clubs are "sporting limited companies" and are owned by their shareholders. If we remember correctly, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Athletic Bilbao and Osasuna are the only four who didn't have to become limited companies when the law changed a few years ago, and they are still owned by the fans ("socios").
