if Real Madrid B come to the First division, would the first team still be able to get some players to from B?

Real Madrid Castilla and Malaga B in Segunda A: and do they have their own identities that are separate from the 1st teams (such as loyal fans, different kits), and do they play their home games at the same grounds as the first teams or do they have their own grounds?

B teams cannot play in the same division as the A teams, so even if they win the second division Real Madrid B couldn't go up (this was for example the case in 1983/4 when Castilla won 2A and Bilbao Athletic finished second, and the fourth and fifth placed teams being promoted instead). B teams are also not allowed in the cup, although they were in the past (the famous Castilla team played the final in 1980 against Real Madrid's first team, but lost 6-1!). The teams don't have separate identities and some interchange is allowed (only upwards, for younger players). They can play in the same ground, as is the case of Málaga B, but the bigger clubs usually play in more modest stadiums as the fan base for the B teams isn't so big (e.g. Castilla in the new Ciudad Deportivo and Barcelona in their mini-stadium). Kits and fans are usually the same.
