Second Division - Day Eleven

Salamanca move top on goal average ahead of Extremadura after winning 1-0 against Osasuna, with a second half goal from Barbará. Extremadura won the battle of the leaders, beating Las Palmas by 2-1. Manuel and Viaud (penalty) got the goals a minute each side of half time, with Eloy pulling one back for last week's leaders two minutes from time. The big news this week was however the precarious financial situation of Logroñes. The club could disappear if they don't find a buyer in the next 15 days. Full results and league positions were as follows:

Extremadura 2-1 Las Palmas; Getafe 1-0 Mérida; Levante 2-1 Tenerife; Badajoz 1-1 Atlético B; Elche 3-1 Recreativo; Eibar 2-1 Toledo; Albacete 0-0 Leganés; Salamanca 1-0 Osasuna; Lleida 3-1 Compostela; Logroñes 2-2 Córdoba; Villarreal 1-2 Sporting.
