Osasuna's good start to the season continued, and they currently occupy fifth spot after beating Getafe 2-1. The Pamplona based side went ahead midway through the first half when Aloisi's headed down a long pass from Corrales for Moha to control the ball and beat Sergio with an angled shot. A few minutes later Milosevic thought he had added a second when his strike was ruled out for offside, but soon afterwards he outran his marker to steer another Corrales cross past the keeper for his fifth of the season.

Up to that point the only threat to Sanzol had come from an active Pachón, and the ex Valladolid striker pulled one back before the break with a long shot which left the keeper with no chance. But after that the game fizzled to a halt, the only efforts anywhere near goal after the restart being a header from Ortíz wide of the mark, and a speculative shot by Craioveanu from inside his own half which fell a few yards short of catching Sanzol off his line. The defeat leaves Getafe back down in the relegation spots.
