Getafe were held to a scoreless draw at home by Osasuna in a match which had very few scoring chances. Injuries to Sánchez Broto and Sanzol (and a one match ban for the former) meant that both managers were forced to change their goalkeepers, but their replacements Aragoneses and Elía had very little to do throughout the match. A couple of early free kicks from Craioveanu for the hosts came to nothing, and the only effort close to goal for their opponents came when Aragoneses stopped a header from Muñoz. Milosevic had a penalty appeal turned down after the break, and the best chance of the game fell late on to Riki, who came on as substitute for his first appearance in a month since picking up an injury. However Elía kept out the ex Real Madrid B forward's shot at point blank range to ensure a point at least for his side.
