Osasuna clocked up their third straight home win, beating Cádiz 2-0 to move up into the top six. The Pamplona based side dominated the game from start to finish, and could have taken the lead when David lópez headed Delporte's free kick against the post, and when Armando saved well from Romeo. The keeper could do nothing though when David López hooked the ball back into the net after the defence failed to head clear Delporte's cross from the left.

Romeo wasted two chances to increase the lead either side of half time, but the Andalusians could have got back in the game when they were awarded a penalty after one of the Flaño twins fouled Jonathan Sesma. However for the second game in a row they failed to convert the spot kick, this time Fleurquín firing his shot against the post. After that though they didn't trouble Ricardo again, and Moha put the result beyond reach when he drilled a shot past Armando near the end.
