Osasuna moved up to ninth place after a thrilling 2-3 win over bottom club Gimnàstic, who find themselves nine points away from safety as a result. Cuéllar headed the visitors in front in the twelfth minute from David López's wide free kick, but Nàstic created a couple of chances themselves before Portillo equalised after Ricardo failed to hold on to Calvo's inswinging cross.

César Navas turned the scoreline around with a header from Campano's free kick soon after the restart, but after that the Catalans were caught napping. Soldado made it all square again from close up after Raúl García headed across a long ball from David López, and the ex Real Madrid striker got the winner five minutes later after a long run down the wing by Juanfran, his cross being controlled by Milosevic, who turned the ball across goal for his strike partner to score.
