Nàstic clocked up their third away win of the season against a Getafe side who are already thinking of their cup final appearance in a couple of weeks' time. With virtually nothing to play for it was a dull first half, the only chances a header from Pachón on the half hour mark which Rubén Pérez kept out, and a couple of efforts from Albín at the other end.

The way results had gone the day before, local keeper Pato Abbondanzieri was in line for the best goalkeeper "Zamora" prize, and after hanging on for a while with a leg injury until he had completed the required 60 minutes he was replaced by Luis García.

Up to that point Pato had little to do, although his opposite number Rubén was kept busy as things started to liven up, in particular keeping out a couple of efforts from Manu Del Moral. A lapse of concentration though by the local defence allowed Irurzun to put the visitors ahead, and although Getafe were awarded a late penalty after a defender handled in the area, Rubén guessed correctly and kept out Manu's spot kick. Nobody really bothered though, just as long as he doesn't do that in the Bernabeu stadium in a fortnight's time!
