Osasuna and Sevilla drew 1-1 in a match which was originally postponed due to the death of Sevilla's Antonio Puerta back in the summer. Plasil gave the home side the lead in the eighteenth minute when he turned Juanfran's cross under Palop, and Ziganda's side had the best of chances to go further ahead when they were awarded a penalty after Poulsen tripped Juanfran. But Palop saved Puñal's spot kick, and just two minutes after the restart substitutes Duda and Navas combined for the latter to volley the former's cross back in off the near post. Dady and Duda both hit the bar with free kicks later on, but in the end the two teams settled for a point.
