Getafe moved out of the relegation spots after a 0-2 win at Osasuna, a ground where they took the three points as well last season. Uche and Dady traded shots early on as the two sides fought for control, but the locals had the better chances after that, Dady hitting the bar and Pato saving well from Juanfran either side of half time.

However with ten minutes to go Cruchaga was sent off after bringing down Uche in the area, and Pablo Hernández tucked away the resulting penalty. And just a minute later Granero got on the end of Manu's cross to fire a low shot past Ricardo to wrap up the three points for Michael Laudrup's side.
