Deportivo La Coruña drop down into the relegation spots after losing 1-2 at home to Osasuna. Lotina's side have only taken four points in the Riazor stadium all season, and Aouate had to be at his best to keep out Plasil a couple of times early on. His opposite number Ricardo also had some work to do though, in particular making a spectacular save from Bodipo's header later in the first half.

Just two minutes in to the second half Osasuna took the lead, Plasil volleying an impressive shot past Aouate. Lotina changed his front men, bringing on Taborda and Rubén Castro and then Lafita, and Taborda brought a good save out of Ricardo, who had to be replaced by Elía after injuring himself against the post.

With eight minutes to go Rubén Castro appeared to have saved a point when he finished off on the goal line after Taborda headed on Guardado's corner. But the Pamplona based side were awarded a free kick just outside of the area in injury time, and Dady found a gap in the defensive wall to beat Aouate for the winner. The result takes Ziganda's team above their opponents in the table.
