Bottom club Levante appear to be already resigned to relegation with only just over half the season gone, but they at least picked up their ninth point of the season in a 2-2 draw with Mallorca. Geijo opened the scoring for the locals, winning the battle with Nunes for a Coutois cross and shooting across Moyà, but Güiza equalised on the half hour mark, showing good control to pull down Ibagaza's pass and lob the keeper.

Mallorca started the second half well, Ibagaza shooting over and Güiza rattling the woodwork from close up. And with just under a quarter of an hour to go Güiza headed his second of the night after Borja Valero headed back Arango's cross. However with a couple of minutes left on the clock Alvaro got on the end of a long Coutois free kick to head the ball into the roof of the net and save a point for his side.
