Michael Laudrup's time at Getafe came to an end with a 1-1 draw against Betis. The Danish coach had announced that he would be moving on after a successful year at the Alfonso Pérez Coliseum, and fans gave him a rousing send off. Neither side had anything to play for, and both coaches made several changes to their line up.

Manu del Moral put the locals ahead in only the fourth minute, and he and Granero both had chances to increase the lead later on, Granero in particular having a penalty kick saved by Doblas after Ilic had pushed over Pablo Hernández. Nano headed a corner past Pato to equalise though after the restart, leaving both sides level on points in mid-table.
