Almería hold on to sixth spot after coming from two down to draw 2-2 at Getafe. It was a lively match, with Manu and Guerrón in particular bringing saves out of Diego Alves in the first half. The visitors lost Piatti to an early injury, but his substitute Crusat fired a couple of efforts wide of the target, and referee Mateu Lahoz turned down two penalty appeals for hands by Cata Díaz in the area.

All the goals though came in the last quarter of the match, Uche picking up Manu's pass and running through past a couple of defenders to put the locals ahead, and Casquero adding their second just a couple of minutes later. With three minutes to go though Negredo headed home a Julio Alvarez cross, and with the game in injury time Chico headed the equaliser after Negredo played the ball back in following a corner.
