Recreativo moved off the foot of the table above Osasuna after a 2-3 victory at Mallorca, their first win since the first day of the season. The locals took the lead twice, David Navarro heading past Riesgo to open the scoring with just over quarter of an hour gone. Marco Rubén equalised, and although Jurado restored the lead, Colunga made it all square once again shortly before the interval.

Akalé headed off the line seconds later and Riesgo kept out a Cléber free kick before the half time whistle. But Javi Fuego surprised Lux after the restart with a shot which took an awkward bounce to leave the keeper stranded. Mallorca did all they could after that, Arango firing a free kick just wide and Keita going close with an overhead kick. But the locals fell to another defeat which leaves them on the edge of the drop zone, and the unhappy fans called for the resignation of the president after the final whistle.
