2-0. 34. Juanfran. Ran on to fire shot from edge of area which Pato couldn't stop.
3-0. 42. Pandiani. Latched on to loose ball on edge of area and shot low in to net.
4-0. 45. Nekounam. Glancing header wide of keeper from long Plasil free kick.
4-1. 65. Soldado. Controlled long Licht pass and poked shot wide of Roberto.
5-1. 80. Héctor Font. Got on end of Juanfran's cross to turn ball in from close up.
5-2. 91. Soldado. Picked up deflected Guerrón pass and shot wide of keeper.

Osasuna's long suffering fans were finally able to celebrate after their side thrashed Getafe 5-2. By half time they were four up, Plasil opening the scoring with an angled shot in the sixth minute and Juanfran making it two with a strike which Pato should have saved.

An injury to Dady meant that Pandiani came on late in the first half, but he was only on the park ten minutes before driving a low shot in to the net for his side's third. And with the first half coming to an end Nekounam headed Plasil's long free kick past the keeper to make it four.

Víctor reacted by bringing on ex Osasuna striker Soldado after the restart, and he very quickly got one back. Héctor Font beat Pato for a fifth time though, and Soldado's second of the night in injury time went virtually unnoticed. Osasuna had their second win of the season, and they go in to the Christmas break just a couple of points from safety.
