Getafe were beaten 0-1 by Racing Santander on Sunday evening, their fourth defeat in a row. Once again it was Zigic who gave the Cantabrians the three points, the on-loan Valencia striker turning in Oscar Serrano's cross midway through the first half to give his side their second single goal away win in a row.

After that the Cantabrians closed ranks to defend, and Víctor Muñoz's side didn't trouble Toño until right at the end, when Manu del Moral got free only to shoot straight at the keeper. The victory takes Racing up to the top half of the table and leaves Getafe in free fall, down in 14th spot.
