Málaga are up to sixth in the table after a 1-3 win at Valladolid. Albert Luque opened the scoring for the visitors early on, and brought a good save out of Villar before Apoño got the second from the penalty spot after Iñaki Bea fouled Eliseu.

Eliseu and Baha missed easy chances either side of half time, but Goitia had to be on his toes to keep out Pedro León and Sesma after the restart. Oldoni and Goitom both rattled the woodwork, and Oldoni headed one back from Pedro León's cross. But Nacho ran on to Jesús Gámez's pass to lob the keeper and wrap things up near the end.
