Almería moved safely up to mid-table after a last minute 2-1 victory over Osasuna, who themselves are now only five points above the drop zone. The locals had the better of the early chances, with Kalu Uche and Negredo failing to hit the target. The visitors didn't trouble the local keeper until late in the first half, when Kike Sola went close a couple of times either side of the break.

All the goals though came in the last twenty minutes, Negredo opening the scoring after soriano headed on Mané's corner. Pandiani headed the equaliser past Esteban a few minutes later, but Negredo got his second of the evening right at the end from José Ortíz's cross to take his side above their opponents in the table.
