Betis are still not clear of danger after a 1-1 draw at Málaga, and they now have to win their last game at home to direct relegation rivals Valladolid to be sure of staying up. A draw could be enough as well though provided that Sporting, Osasuna and Getafe don't all win.

Oliveira headed a good chance wide early on, but the home side were unlucky not to go ahead when Duda's shot came back off the bar and hit Ricardo on the back of the leg, the ball somehow not entering the net. Two minutes later Betis were in front, Edu's first pass being cut out but the forward getting the ball back and curling a long shot wide of Arnau.

Sergio García could have added to the scoreline when he hit the post soon after the restart, and also a few minutes later when Arnau kept him out after he picked up a long throw. But with ten minutes to go Luque equalised with a shot from outside of the area, and Betis had to make do with a point. Everything now depends on next week's results.
