Pichichis

League football resumed this weekend after a two week international lay-off, with 25 goals scored in the ten matches. Fernando Torres returned to Atlético after a disappointing run-out with the Spanish side, but he silenced his critics with the only goal as his team beat Racing to move up to fourth. Apart from El Niño though, the only one of our top strikers to add to his tally was Manchev, who helped Bernd Schuster's revelation side Levante up to fifth in the table.

Several of our top names do return to our chart this week though, including last season's Pichichi Ronaldo who got his first league goal since the opening day. Baptista is also back after recovering from an injury to score for Sevilla at Valencia, and Urzaiz, David Villa, Savio and Víctor also got their fourth of the season to make their way back to our chart.
