Eto'o moves to the top of
our chart after scoring two more at the weekend against Betis. He is now one
ahead of David Villa, who made it five in four games in the league after
scoring the winner against Real Sociedad. Baiano followed up his brace midweek
with another in the first minute against Sevilla on Sunday to take Celta top of
the league table, and Ronaldo scored twice at Alavés to spark off Real
Madrid's revival. Elsewhere Diego Tristán proved he is returning to his
old form with his third in as many games for Deportivo, and Luis García
got a late consolation for Espanyol against Villarreal. (26.09.05)
