Pichichis

First division clubs finally entered the Copa del Rey this week, although many managers decided to give a run out to their lesser used players and rest their stars. Gudjohnsen and Angulo were in action though, and they took advantage of lower ranked opposition to score two goals each in their respective matches. Kepa and Diego Forlán were also on target as Sevilla and Villarreal also won their games. Few goals in the league at the weekend though, the final figure of 18 being the lowest of the season to date. And only Ronaldinho increased his tally amongst the Pichichis, scoring twice against Recreativo including one from the penalty spot to take Barcelona two points clear at the top. (30.10.06)
