Villains
Players sent off in the week are penalized in our table with a provisional one match suspension pending the disciplinary hearing (marked with asterisk). Only three sendings off this week, including newly nationalized striker Catanha who celebrated being called up to Spain's squad by getting his marching orders. Camacho was presumably not impressed. The other two were Jaume, who got two yellows, and Bestchastnykh, who demonstrated his command of Spanish by telling first the linesman and then the referee what he thought of their decisions (and their mothers by the sound of it). Two changes to the table after last week's disciplinary hearings, with Pandiani getting a two match ban and Frank De Boer being let off a yellow and consequently a red card after video evidence proved he was innocent.
