Only three red cards this weekend, two of them being for Almería players Cisma and Paunovic, who were both sent off for second bookable offences late on against Racing. The day before, our leading villain from last season Diogo got his marching orders after scything down Sevilla's Diego Capel early in the second half of Zaragoza's match at the Sánchez Pizjuán stadium. The Uruguayan full back had already put through his own net, and with his side already four down his frustration got the better of him. Curiously only two other players will be suspended for accumulation of yellow cards (last week there were eleven!), Diogo's team mate Luccin and Recreativo's Jesús Vázquez, both with ten bookings to their name.
