Villains

Two red cards at the weekend, one for Mallorca's Webó for grabbing Deportivo's Rubén Pérez lovingly by the throat at the end of their match, and one for Osasuna's Sergio after he caught hat-trick hero Diego Costa with a flying elbow late on - oh, I'm sorry, did I accidentally whack you around the head with my elbow, I'm sure I didn't mean it, even though you scored three against us, you b*stard! You know what it's like...

As expected, Barcelona players Valdés and Busquets mysteriously picked up fifth bookings in injury time for time wasting whilst taking a free kick, and will therefore miss the next game against Almería but will be back for the big derby against Real Madrid. What a surprise! The team that really got hit by bookings this weekend though was Levante, with veteran defenders Juanfran and Ballesteros both picking up their tenth yellow cards of the season, and Munúa and Iborra both getting their fifth. Luis García is going to have a bit of trouble putting together a side next weekend - anyone want a game? Elsewhere Pereira (Mallorca) and Jarosik (Zaragoza) also picked up their fifth cautions, and will also have to sit out the next round of matches. (07.04.11)
