Málaga's Demichelis only joined the club in the winter, but he makes it in to our chart this week after picking up his second red card of the campaign for a second bookable offence at Athletic Bilbao. Just think how many cards he could have picked up if he had played all season! A straight red card for Levante's Xisco Nadal for a hard tackle on Valencia's Soldado midway through the first half of a bad tempered local derby, and two more reds at the weekend for Levante coach Luis García and Real Sociedad trainer Balbi. Only three other players will be suspended for the last round of matches after picking up their fifth bookings, Aythami (Deportivo), De las Cuevas (Sporting) and Cani (Villarreal). Real Sociedad's Markel Bergara was also given a fifth yellow card, but the disciplinary committee let him off. (18.05.11)
