Almería seem doomed
to go down this season, but they may have at least had a slim chance had
Rubinos Pérez seen Sevilla's Fernando Navarro clear Piatti's early
header away from goal with his arm. That should have been penalty and red card
for the defender, which could well have changed the final 0-1 result. Rubinos
couldn't miss Jakobsen's karate kick on Cáceres though, and although the
Danish defender may well have been aiming at something round and leathery, that
something turned out to be the defender's head. Maybe he should be given our
White Stick award this season? Should have gone to Specsavers! (05.05.11)
