Zamoras

It was probably too good to last. Barcelona's Bonano was albeit an early leader for this year's Zamora, a prize his team have not won since Zubizarreta's best moments in the eighties. He only let two in this week, but he drops four places to fifth in part due to the return of two ex Zamoras, Herrera of Alavés and Cañizares of Valencia. Both have now completed ten games after missing matches earlier in the season, and they qualify for our ranking. On top of that, Prats and Nacho González were two of the eight keepers to maintain a clean sheet this weekend, and they both rise above the man whose name literally means "good bum". Casillas claws his way up the table with another "sábana limpia", and the two keepers from the epic 3-3 draw between Sevilla and Bilbao, Notaro and Lafuente, drop out of the table, Others who benefitted from the forwards' lack of strike power include the previously mentioned Herrera and Casillas, plus Deportivo's Molina, Rayo's Lopetegui, Real Sociedad's Alberto and Osasuna's Unzué.
