Our leading keeper Cavallero chose just the right week to miss a game through suspension. His number two Pinto recovered from measles to play against Villarreal and got hit for five! Contreras also let in a "manita" against Real Madrid in a high scoring weekend, and only three of our "arqueros" kept clean sheets. They include Westerveld, his saves taking Real Sociedad back to the top of the table, Reina (his players were too busy beating Contreras at the other end) and Esteban, whose Atlético Madrid finally got back on the right track.
