Zamoras

Cañizares has been knocked off the top spot! Despite Valencia's win he let in two more against Zaragoza, and now has been overtaken by Molina and Sanzol. Rafa Benítez is terribly concerned that they have been hit for ten goals in six games after not letting in one in the six games before that. He shouldn't get too worried though, after all they are currently sitting at the top of the liga!

There were five more clean sheets this weekend, including Víctor Valdés and Bizzarri as their sides drew 0-0 in the Nou Camp. The Valladolid keeper re-enters our chart this week, not a bad feat considering he let in seven in one game against the "Super-Galacticos" of Real Madrid a couple of months ago. Reina (Villarreal), Burgos (Atlético) and Cavallero (Celta) were the other three to keep the goals against column to zero. . (01.12.03)
