The Spanish international keeper has only failed once in the last four years to win the Zamora prize, Celta's Cavallero pipping him at the post last season. This year Cavallero's defence has been full of holes, but his side have recovered in recent weeks and he recorded his fifth clean sheet in six weeks as the Galicians struggle to avoid the drop.
