Zamoras

A few changes in our rankings this weekend, as Víctor Valdés and Leo Franco got hit for three apiece. Casillas took advantage to move up into second place after keeping out the opposition for 96 minutes this week, including the last six minutes of the postponed game against Real Sociedad. Not so lucky Riesgo, who let one in from the penalty spot during that brief period, and (possibly affected by that defeat) gave away two silly goals on Sunday. Reina moves up to third in our chart after stopping Barcelona from scoring in the league for the first time this season, and Deportivo are still the only team to get a goal past him in the Madrigal stadium since last summer. All in all there were six clean sheets, with Casillas and Reina being joined by Sevilla's Esteban and Getafe's Sánchez Broto (their sides drew 0-0), and by Gaspercic (Albacete) and Luis García (Zaragoza), (10.01.05)
