Another low scoring weekend, with only 21 goals in all. They were fairly dispersed though, and only four keepers managed to keep clean sheets, including two of our top three, Palop and Leo Franco, who helped contribute to a 0-0 draw between their respective sides. Casillas once again shone as Real Madrid made it three in a row now without letting in a goal, and Barbosa came in for the injured Viera at Villarreal and put in his challenge for a place in the first team with a solid performance against Valencia.
