Zamoras

Palop set a new club record for Sevilla with his sixth straight clean sheet, and he moves five points clear of Víctor Valdés in our table. His erstwhile closest rival Dudu Aouate was hit for four by the Barcelona goal machine, and Arnau also drops out of our table after letting three against Getafe. There were only three other clean sheets this weekend (if you don't count Zaragoza's César, who was sent off and replaced by Valbuena late in the first half against Sevilla), including one for Aranzubia as Athletic Bilbao recorded their first win in 12 games. Cañizares also kept his goals against column to zero as Valencia beat high flying Celta, and Viera celebrated his return to Villarreal's side after an injury in a 0-2 win at Deportivo. (28.11.05)
