It was a low scoring weekend all round though, with Kameni also keeping his goals against column to zero in Espanyol's win over Levante, and no less than three matches ending without goals, Mallorca v Athletic (Lux / Aranzubia), Recreativo v Atlético (Sorrentino / Abbiati) and Valladolid v Sevilla (Sergio Asenjo / De Sanctis).

De Sanctis was making his first start after replacing the injured Palop last week, and Betis B team keeper Casto also made his Liga debut, coming in for the injured Ricardo and Doblas.
