Zamoras

Toño's excesses last weekend meant that our leader didn't play this time around, but his replacement Coltorti still managed to keep out the opposition as Racing beat Recreativo 2-0. All in all there were five clean sheets in the weekend games, including one for Athletic Bilbao's Aranzubia, who came back in to the side after doctors ruled Armando out after he was hit by a bottle at Betis last Saturday. Betis themselves had to change their keeper due to an injury to Ricardo, Casto putting in a good performance as his side won 0-1 against the other Ricardo's team, Osasuna. Elsewhere Mallorca's Moyà impressed Luis Aragonés as the Islanders beat Deportivo 1-0, and Murcia's Carini also recorded a clean sheet as Javier Clemente's side finally managed a win after only picking up one point in ten games.
